Mardi Gras
Saturday, March 1 – 6:30 p.m. at the home of Linda & Bob Clickner
3099 Shamrock Street North in Killearn Estates
Come celebrate Mardi Gras at the Clickners’ festively decorated house. Please bring hors d’oeuvres, salads, desserts, or a main course for your eating pleasure. The Club will provide wine. Please let Linda know either at lindaclickner@gmail.com or call her at (703) 850-6893 if you are coming and what dish you are planning to bring to help Linda and her committee better plan the evening. Please be advised that the Clickners have a steep driveway so please park below. If you do wish to park in the driveway, please enter by the mailbox. That way all cars will be going in the same direction. If you cannot manage the front stairs, please park in the area by thegarage and enter through the back gate. Wear costumes if you wish.
Make sure to mark you calendars for the Annual Luncheon to be held Sunday, April 27, at 1:00 p.m. at the Golden Eagle Country Club in Golden Eagle at the rear of Killearn Lakes. Tim Lynch and Dale Olsen and possibly a third musician will be entertaining us after the meal, playing a number of different instruments. The cost will be $16 for members and $20 for non-members. There will be more information in the late March newsletter.

Meet at 3204 Brookforest Drive for the potluck with beverages provided. For those who wish, you can join in a post-meal hike in the adjacent beautifully wooded and scenically hilly Linene Woods.
